RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At Haute Chai, we value your satisfaction and encourage you to thoroughly check the detailed sizing provided in the description of each item before making a purchase.

 

Exchange Policy:

- If the item doesn’t fit, we are happy to offer store credit, which can be used to purchase any available items.  

- Important:Exchange requests due to sizing issues must be made immediately upon receiving the order. Any delays may result in rejection of the request.  

- Store credit will be provided for the total value of the item, excluding shipping costs.  

 

Return Policy:

- We only accept returns if there’s a size issue and you have notified us promptly.  

- The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.  

- Please ensure that all original tags are intact when returning the item.  

- Returns will only be accepted once inspected for compliance with our return conditions.  

 

Damaged Items:

- In case an item is damaged during transit, our Haute Chai team will assist you in claiming a refund from the shipping company.

- To initiate the process, please record a video immediately upon receiving the package and opening it. This documentation will be essential for the claim.  

 

Final Sale & Cancellation Policy:

- All sales are final and non-refundable.

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
