a) Via Website: Browse our website at hautechai.com and select items to add to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in the necessary details, and confirm your order.
b) Via Instagram :You can also place an order directly on Instagram by:
- Sending us a Direct Message (DM) with the item you want to purchase.
- Commenting "BOOK" under the post featuring the item. We will confirm availability and contact you via DM to proceed with your order.
3. What are the payment options available?
We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other online payment services for seamless transactions.
4. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, all orders are shipped via express delivery to ensure timely arrival. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, for customers in Delhi, we offer same-day delivery at an additional cost of Rs 350. If you're in Delhi and would like same-day delivery, please message us on Instagram to arrange this service.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping upon request. Please contact us at sales@hautechai.com for further details and a shipping quote.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since we deal in preloved and surplus pieces, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We thoroughly check each item for quality before shipping, and details about the condition of the item are mentioned on the product page. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at sales@hautechai.com, and we will do our best to resolve it.
9. What should I do if I accidentally provided incorrect shipping information?
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing an order. If the item is returned due to incorrect details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the item.
